Q: What’s the most common question you get from customers?
A: We get a lot of questions so there really isn’t one particular standout, but mostly software related or what’s the difference between WordPress Optimized hosting and Shared Hosting with WordPress.
Q: What’s one thing you want customers to know about your role at pair?
A: We’re here to streamline the process and answer questions that come up through the set up process, helping the support team to make sure that customers are on the best packages and current software when needed, facilitating updates to accounts with customers.

A: Currently reading, Leviathan Wakes by James S. A. Corey (the first of The Expanse series)
Q: What TV show are you addicted to right now?
A: The Expanse, Letterkenny, This is Us, and Game of Thrones.

A: Only Harley
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: Harley Bucket (tuxedo), Smudge, aka Smudgie Wudgie (tortie), and Sidney, aka Mr. Pants (tabby)
Q: What’s the nerdiest/coolest thing you do in your free time?
A: a LOT of Sudoku, video games, I’ve played Supraland enough that I’m having the Tetris effect.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I build metal 3D puzzles, current works in progress are Notre Dame and the Batwing from the 1989 movie, puzzles, coloring, the occasional cross-stitch
