Meet our Customer Support Technician, Charlie! Charlie joined the pair team 11 years ago and has been providing excellent customer support ever since.

Q: What’s one thing you want people to know about you or your role at pair?

A: I will provide the best support to my knowledge with professionalism, honesty and patience to all customers. During my calls, I try to give more of a personal experience to make the call enjoyable. My personal goal is to resolve any question or issue during the course of the phone call/email so the customer will be satisfied in the end.

Q: What is a typical day at pair like for you?

A: Greeting staff in the morning is the start of my typical day. I prepare for the day by first checking internal emails and announcements by staff while having a cup of coffee or tea, and then I log into the phones and assist customers. While between phone calls, I assist customers by email.
