Throughout the month of October, pair Networks’ staff celebrated our first official health and wellness month. With this came a series of informative, fun activities and gatherings geared towards benefiting the health, happiness, and well-being of our staff. We indulged in massages, lunch and learn seminars, and one-on-one talks from some of Pittsburgh’s expert cyclists and runners for some fitness and healthy lifestyle tips.
We also had the pleasure of hosting a healthy cooking demonstration and tasting for the staff led by Pittsburgh based culinary professional Carey Palenchar. Carey’s cooking demonstration was a fun, unique way to learn (and taste) how to make simple, tasty recipes with every-day ingredients that most of us may already have in our pantries. This attainable approach to healthy cooking was a hit, not to mention delicious.
